Letterpress and Bookbinding Workshop No. 8

Coming up is a new workshop, in collaboration with Shelley of Albertine Press, schedule for Saturday, October 24th and Sunday the 25th. We designed a new weekend class, by using an hard-cover book structure based on the origami folds, as shown in the picture. As I follow the description that Shelley posted on her blog, it's a collaborative artist's book workshop. On day one, participants will each design, typeset and letterpress print an edition of one book page. On day two we will learn the construction for the origami-style accordion book and assemble the editioned pages.
