Summer colors
Early rise this morning and I'm organizing the new cotton ribbons that arrived with bright, fresh colors. I particularly love the Cherry and Cyan to add to my collection. Now available in the shop with six new colors, in 50 meters rolls. As I stack them to get ready for the Summer Soiree tomorrow evening, I'm happy they arrived just in time from Italy to announce the beginning of summer!

Don't you just love unpacking a new shipment of supplies? My heart does a little leap the first time I lift the lid off a box of yarn and I see all those colors peering out!
Wow, beautiful ribbons! I love the colors, so much brightness, perfect for summer. I always wonder where I can find cute materials here in Italy...or perhaps I just don't know how to say the words in Italian. I still haven't figured out how to ask for rubber carving blocks here!

I hope you are enjoying your time in Italy. It is hard to find all the supply you need in italy, if you are used to the US where you can just order online. i don't know the word rubber carving blocks neither and i wish i could help you. It is something that I never used, but i'm sure there is a way that in an art store they will understand you, if you explain what you need. maybe bring a picture of the materials?
